How do I brew the coffee?Updated a month ago
It’s slightly different for every brew method. If you’re using a cafetiere: use 33g of coffee to 550ml hot water for two cups. Water should be about 30 seconds off the boil or 96-97C. Stir after 30 seconds, leave to brew for 5 minutes, plunge and you’re good to go!
