Our process is designed to find a coffee that’s higher in coffee’s most researched healthy compounds (polyphenols like chlorogenic acid, cafestol, kahweol, melanoidins, niacin) as well as excluding any potential contaminants (mycotoxins, pesticides, heavy metals, ochratoxin, aflatoxin).
