Why is the coffee healthy?Updated a month ago
Put simply: coffee comes from a fruit and contains over 1000 different compounds the most beneficial being polyphenols such as chlorogenic acid.
Through over roasting and poor handling these compounds are often significantly reduced in other coffees. Through our unique process we sourced a bean naturally high in them and then created a specific roast profile which locks in as much of the good stuff as possible while keeping out the bad.
